Tier Selector lets you put SWAT, FBI, GenSec, or a combination of the three on every difficulty. It combines the main effects of SWAT On Every Difficulty, FBI On Every Difficulty, and GenSec On Every Difficulty and comes with a few extra options.
By default, the Tier Selector is activated and can deactivated with the press of a button. While it's on, the following things will occur:
- The tier(s) you selected will appear on any difficulty you play on for all heists that use the America faction. (excluding stealth-only heists and Safe House Nightmare)
- Specials on Death Sentence and Minigun Dozers in Crime Spree will be their non-ZEAL variant.
- In Streamlined Heisting, every wave of Holdout will use the tier you picked instead of changing every few waves.
Additionally, the heavies modifier in Crime Spree will turn all lights into their corresponding heavy. This can be used even if the Tier Selector is deactivated.

These options require the Tier Selector to be activated:
- GenSec light rifleman: Forces all GenSec light riflemen to be either the G36/JP36 variant or the UMP/Jackal variant.
- GenSec light shotgunner: Forces all GenSec light shotgunners to be either the R870/Reinfeld variant or the Benelli/M1014 variant.
- ZEAL Marksmen below DS: Gives heavies a chance to be replaced by ZEAL Marksmen on Deathwish and below.
- ZEAL Marksmen on DS: Gives heavies a chance to be replaced by ZEAL Marksmen on Death Sentence.
These options can be used even if the Tier Selector is deactivated:
- Stronger Dozers: Puts Black and Skulldozers on lower difficulties, Minigun Dozers on Mayhem, and Medic Dozers on Deathwish.
- SWAT Shield MP9: Gives SWAT Shields the MP9/CMP, making them function more like other Shields.
- Medic rifle: Gives Medic riflemen either the MP5/Compact-5, M4/Car-4, or G36/JP36. This can be useful if you have Mixed Weapons and you only want them to have one weapon.
- Medic shotgun: Gives Medic shotgunners either the R870/Reinfeld, Spas12G/Predator12G, or Benelli/M1014. If Spas12 is picked when not in Streamlined Heisting, they will be given the R870.
- Radio filter: Gives enemies a radio filter for their voices, which they normally only have on DS.

- Definitive Old Enemies Restoration: Gives FBI, GenSec and most specials their pre-Update 183 designs back. Can also give SWAT their pre-Deathwish Update designs back.
- Resmod Heavy Shotgunners Standalone: Gives the SWAT, FBI, and GenSec heavy shotgunners more distinct appearances. Can be made compatible with the above mod.
- Actually SO MUCH WIN Enemies: Gives SWAT, FBI and GenSec designs similar to their old designs.
- Oldschool Enemies: Replaces enemies with Payday: The Heist enemies. Primarily affects SWAT, FBI, and most non-ZEAL specials.
- Anton's Silly Shields: Puts humorous text and images on the Shields' shields.
SWAT
- Streamlined SWATs: Gives neck protection to the heavies and changes the Shield to resemble a light unit.
FBI
- Streamlined FBIs: Gives goggles to the heavy shotgunner and fixes the models of the lights.
- OVERKILL-Styled Alternate FBIs: Makes a few color changes to FBI and gives shoulder pads to the light shotgunner.
GenSec
- Streamlined GenSecs: Gives goggles to the shotgunners and a unique design to the Shield's shield.
- OVERKILL-Styled Alternate Gensec Enemies: Makes a few color changes to GenSec and gives shoulder pads to the light shotgunner.
- Prettier GenSec Units: Makes various changes to GenSec's designs, such as giving colored jumpsuits to the lights, giving gas masks to the heavies, and turning the Minigun Dozer blue.
Specials (this mod may be focused on the commons, but that doesn't mean the specials can't look good too)
- SWAT, FBI, GENSEC Medics: Comes with SWAT, FBI, and GenSec-themed Medic designs. Only one can be used at a time.
- Shotgunner Medic Redesign: Gives a unique design to the Medic shotgunner. Can be used with the above mod.
- OVERKILL-Styled Alternate Bulldozers: Makes a few color tweaks to the Green, Black, Skull, and Minigun Dozers.
- Old Medic/Minigun Dozer: Since non-ZEAL Medic Dozers don't exist in vanilla, you will have to use this if you want the Medic Dozer to look right.
- PDTH-like Taser: Changes the Taser to resemble his Payday: The Heist counterpart.
Notes
- This mod will only work if you are the host.
- This mod may be incompatible with other mods that affect enemy spawns or change the heavies modifier.
- Scripted spawns are not affected.
