Author's note: i designed actual tiered federales but since vanilla's groupaitweakdata and use of federales is a fucking mess you'll have our gensec guys, fbi swat, and blue swats running amuck together in unison in some fucked up smorgasbord of pain. i plan to release a mod that fixes this soon enough
make extra extra EXTRA sure you delete any old versions, make sure you go to the installation instructions tab to read the incompatibilities list - that'll be updated and all that jazz soon.

what's new, pussycat?
the mod has been completely retooled with entirely new assets.
without going too into detail, this mod is basically just a complete enemy design overhaul that overhauls enemy appearances to look not only doper but to also have more recognition depending on enemy role.
here's a small list of all of the cool shit that's in this mod (besides the new enemy designs) cause I don't wanna explain shit:

- Snipers will now have a higher quality model up close as to make them look much better on heists where the level designer didn't give a shit about them being low quality. They additionally now have cap popping, making them much more satisfying to headshot.
- GenSec red guards (the ones with berets that appear on armored transport) now have beret popping, making them consistent with the rest of the enemies in kill satisfaction.
- Heavies, tasers, and enemies with visors now get unique smash effects when their helmet flies off, which serves as epic headshot feedback, a neat callback to pdth, and err.. yah.
- all enemies' goggles are transparent and reflective, making them both look cool and look slightly more realistic. *jah's note: I didn't notice any performance drain from this, and I have put in little measures so to speak as to ensure you don't really experience one.
- Bulldozers will now emit a cloth "puff" effect when being hit in the body as both a neat callback to pdth and to make them feel much cooler to shoot (aswell as signifying that they're very armored and body shots arent effective)
- shields, heavy shotgunners, and shotgun medics now have different models with different puch setups to reflect their roles a bit better in combat, and to aid with unit recognition.
- additionally, this mod corrects body armor hitboxes being fucked for the murkywater guys! enjoy a much cooler and smoother gaming experience!!!!
