The WABF version is an inside joke, if ur wondering

Installation: Extract it inside mod_overrides folder, if you do not have it, then create it in assets folder.

Tips if u want to edit:
-Do not put anything on the lower half of the swat sheild because it will duplicate itself on the "leg part"
-You can drag and drop it in gimp, you do not need any plug-ins anymore
-When saving, save the file as (name).dds, then rename it to (name).texture
-I've made a "clean" marshal shield version if you want to edit his shield (inside pd2_dlc_usm2)
