Are you tired of only encountering only one kind of enemy on your favorite difficulty? Do you wish the enemy variety was a little more... colorful? Look no further!
There are three versions of Mixed Spawns: Classic, Deluxe and Super Deluxe. All versions cause certain enemies to spawn on difficulties they don't normally spawn on.
Classic Version Features

- Very Hard and Overkill will have a mix of SWAT and FBI
- Mayhem and Deathwish will have a mix of SWAT, FBI, and GenSec
- Death Sentence will have a mix of SWAT, FBI, GenSec, and ZEAL
- UMP and Benelli GenSec Elites can spawn on Mayhem and above
- In Streamlined Heisting, ZEAL shotgunners and ZEAL Medics can spawn on Death Sentence
Deluxe Version Features

- Deathwish and below will have a mix of SWAT, FBI, and GenSec
- Death Sentence will have a mix of SWAT, FBI, GenSec, and ZEAL
- UMP and Benelli GenSec Elites can spawn
- Black and Skulldozers can spawn on lower difficulties
- Minigun Dozers can spawn on Mayhem
- Medic Dozers can spawn on Deathwish
- In Streamlined Heisting, ZEAL shotgunners and ZEAL Medics can spawn on Death Sentence
Super Deluxe Version Features

- Every difficulty will have a mix of SWAT, FBI, GenSec, and ZEAL
- UMP and Benelli GenSec Elites can spawn
- Any Bulldozer variant can spawn on lower difficulties
- In Streamlined Heisting, ZEAL shotgunners and ZEAL Medics can spawn
New in version 3.0 is an options menu. With this, you can give heavies a chance to be replaced by ZEAL Marksmen on Death Sentence (Classic and Deluxe) or every difficulty (Super Deluxe).
Recommended mods
- Assault Spawngroups Restored: Causes shotgunners to spawn more often.
Better Heavies Modifier: Changes the heavies modifier in Crime Spree so that it affects all light SWATs and not just FBI.As of version 3.0, this feature is built-in.- Mixed Weapons: Gives enemies random weapons.
Notes
- This mod will only work if you are the host.
- The Super Deluxe version locks your matchmaking so you can only play with others who have it or ZEAL On Every Difficulty.
- This mod will only affect the America faction.
- This mod may be incompatible with other mods that affect enemy spawns or change the heavies modifier.
- Normal and Hard are not affected in the Classic version because they are the lowest difficulties.
- The enemy reskins used in the screenshots are from Definitive Old Enemies Restoration.
- Due to a legacy decision that never got reconsidered (thanks to staryoshi06 for telling me it may not be lazy programming), SWAT and ZEAL light units deal more damage than FBI and GenSec light units on the same difficulty. Because of this, some difficulties may be harder than in vanilla while others may be easier.
