Definitive Old Enemies Restoration is the ultimate mod for downloading older models and textures for all of the units in PAYDAY 2. Includes Pre-Update 183 enemy designs, Old Zeal Taser textures, Pre-Death Wish Update Swat and Police textures and much more.
For the DCPD i've added an optional add.xml to fix the light r870 shotgunner to use it's correct model via a .unit edit. Beardlib is required but if you don't care you can ignore.
