Resmod NYPD
Ports the New York Police Department faction from Restoration Mod to vanilla as reskins for DCPD.
Below is a summary on how each enemy is affected (many of them are based on enemies from Payday: The Heist):

- Normal security guards now have white shirts and black pants, with some of them also having black hats.
- GenSec guards resemble normal security guards, but with red shirts (design also used by secret service guards).
- Beat cops are now a dark shade of blue, with some of them also having yellow sunglasses.
- M4 FBI agents now wear white shirts, black vests and black hats, while HRTs now have white shirts, tan vests and a different balaclava.
- SWAT lights are now a dark shade of blue and the balaclavas are now gray. Riflemen no longer wear goggles, while shotgunners have yellow, transparent goggles (rifleman design is also used for SWAT Snipers).
- SWAT heavies are now mostly black and have yellow visors. Shotgunners also have a fence over their visors and shotgun shells.
- FBI lights have designs similar to their pre-Update 183 designs, but with black vests and shoulder pads. Riflemen no longer have mouth guards on their helmets, while shotgunners now wear black hats.
- FBI heavies now have dark green armor, black helmets, and yellow visors. Shotgunners also have a fence over their visors and shotgun shells.
- GenSec lights now have shoulder pads, blue jumpsuits, and red visors. Riflemen and shotgunners no longer have mouth guards on their helmets, with riflemen now having flashlights, and shotgunners now having night-vision goggles. Submachinegunners no longer wear helmets (design also used for GenSec Snipers in Streamlined Heisting).
- GenSec heavies are colored similarly to the lights and have the same shoulder pads as them. Riflemen have a unique helmet, while shotgunners have night-vision goggles, gray masks, and shotgun shells
- SWAT, FBI, and GenSec Shields resemble their corresponding light, but have backpacks and gray masks.
- Tasers now have backpacks, gray masks, and yellow shoulder pads.
- Cloakers are now a dark shade of blue and wear gas masks.
- Green and Black Bulldozers now have big yellow visors, white balaclavas, and fence-like faceplates.
- Skulldozers now have red transparent visors. Minigun Dozers also have transparent visors, but are otherwise the same as vanilla.
- Medics now have a black-and-white color scheme and no longer have goggles.

- Security guards, beat cops, and FBI agents (excluding C45 agents) will have randomized faces.
- Cop cars now have tinted windows.
- Some security guards will have different weapons than in vanilla. This may not be noticeable if you have Give Random Arms to Scripted Spawns.
- Heavies will emit visor-shattering or metallic-thunking effects when you pop their helmets.
- FBI Snipers can have their hats popped off.
- Bulldozers will emit cloth puff effects when you shoot them.
Q&A
Q: Why do the cop cars have tinted windows?
A: Because the cops inside the car are part of the car's model, and their faces may not match those of the cops that come out of the car, so the windows were tinted to hide this.
Q: Does this mod work in Streamlined Heisting?
A: It should work fine considering that screenshots were taken with it and that GenSec Snipers are affected.
Q: Why doesn't the C45 FBI agent have his design changed?
A: Because Resmod didn't give him an NYPD equivalent.
