The options menu lets you change how certain enemies look:

SWAT Light Riflemen: Changes SWAT light riflemen to resemble either riflemen (no balaclava) or submachinegunners (balaclava).
SWAT Shields: Changes SWAT Shields to resemble either masked heavies, light riflemen, or light submachinegunners.
FBI Light Shields: Changes FBI Shields to resemble FBI light submachinegunners.
GenSec Light Shields: Changes GenSec Shields to resemble GenSec light submachinegunners.

After changing an option, you need to restart the game for it to take effect.

Other additions

Security guards, beat cops, and FBI agents (excluding C45 agents) will have randomized faces.
Cop cars now have tinted windows.
Some security guards will have different weapons than in vanilla. This may not be noticeable if you have Give Random Arms to Scripted Spawns.
Heavies will emit visor-shattering or metallic-thunking effects when you pop their helmets.
FBI Snipers can have their hats popped off.
Bulldozers will emit cloth puff effects when you shoot them.

Notes

This was only tested offline but it should work online.
This mod may be incompatible with other mods that change the appearance of SWAT, FBI, GenSec, American special enemies, security guards, beat cops, or FBI agents.
The Green and Black Dozers' hitboxes are mostly the same as vanilla, but with bigger visor hitboxes.
