Changes the GenSec heavies to resemble the ones in Streamlined Heisting, but with the same kind of helmet as the GenSec heavy rifleman in Resmod and Crackdown.

They also emit visor-shattering effects when you pop their helmets, just like in Actually SO MUCH WIN Enemies, though this feature can be disabled in the option menu.

Compatible with mods that retexture the GenSec heavy body texture, such as Some Historical Outfits for Enemies and Pre-U183-ish GenSec Heavies.

Also compatible with Streamlined GenSecs.
