After played this game for 7830 hrs. I decide to do the Skills & Perk Deck rebalance.

In-depth Informations

• Making weapon skills consistency with each other in skills.
  • Such as Shotguns damage skill moved to Tier 3, or a new skill that increase damage when ADS and on single fire mode on Assault Rifles/SMGs/Sniper Rifles.
• Adjusting certain skills to not giving too much reward or too useless to not being use.
  • Such as Running From Death skill get the bonus reduced, or Counterstrike skill get adjusted to make it more useful.
• Removed or fixed certain non-functional skills
  • Such as Unseen Strike that needed to get hit first in order to reset the 4 seconds timer, or non-functional increased dodge chance while zip-lining.

Note

• Place in mods folder
• Backup the save (in case the changes cause the problem to your save, better save than sorry)
• Do the clean skill page (respec skill if you don't have any clean pages)
• You [color=red]must reset) the builds made while using this mod from previous version when the changelog said so, as the skill has been changed and/or relocation and can cause the save malfunction.
