fixes various bugs in leech involving downing while still having one segment

Examples:

1. Going down to 0 segments left in the leech health counter from a 200+ damage shot then back up to 1 segment will still down you - fixed, no longer downs in this case
2. Shooting HE shotgun ammo down to 1 segment will cause you to down after leech expires - no longer downs you in this case
