Ports Hyper Heisting's Russian Reapers into a standalone mod.

Below is a summary on how each enemy is affected:

• Beat cops resemble Hyper Heisting's "Punk" enemies with blue, green, and red outfits.
• Lights, heavies, and Medics are color coded depending on their weapon, with riflemen being blue and shotgunners being red.
• FBI lights now wear black helmets, with GenSec lights having the exact same appearance.
• FBI heavies have armor that is more black and wear metal Russian helmets with transparent visors.
• Medics are mostly the same as vanilla, but with some of the white parts on their outfits now being gray.
• Shields' shields now have working lights and GenSec Shields have body armor, similar to the Death Sentence Shields from HH.
• Cloakers now have more black on their outfits, making them more similar to their American counterparts.
• SWAT lights, heavies, and Shields have the same appearances as their FBI counterparts, with heavies not having body armor.

Notes

• This was only tested offline but it should work online.
• This mod may be incompatible with other mods that change the appearance of the Russians.
• Tasers and Bulldozers are not affected.
• Minigun and Medic Dozers are not included because these enemies do not have Russian variants in vanilla.
