The P320 will appear as the P226/Signature 40 and is unlocked at level 37.
Statwise, it occupies a slot between the 50 damage and 80 damage pistols.
Also yes, the P320 firing without pressing the trigger is baked into the mod with a new draw animation.

Known Issues:

• You are far less likely to get a negligent discharge compared to the real deal. But I hear ResMod solves that by adding ND chances on jumping and sprinting.
• The ND draw animation doesn't actually count as a gunshot at the moment. The ND draw animation won't alert any civillians/guards, doesn't expend any ammo, or changes firing sound if a suppressor is equipped. The ND draw animation always plays the sound and animation, but only actually raycasts (fires a bullet) if there is ammo left in the magazine.
• Certain muzzle attachments will bizarrely float in the air instead of attaching themselves to the barrel ... until you add a slide attachment. The Hurricane compensator is one example, as are most muzzle attachments on the akimbos.

A: You'll need to use Weapon Painter to get the blueprint versions of some parts, such as using Weapon Painter to get the Red Dwarf's Red Lightweight Trigger.
