Remember when everyone had their own short stroke gas piston AR because of how ""unreliable"" the direct impingement system supposedly was? Good times.

The R5 RGP will appear to others as the AMR16/M16 and is unlocked at level 40.
The R5 RGP tries to be in a sweet spot between the CAR4 and AMR16: higher damage than the CAR4, but relatively smaller pickup rate.

There's not much you can customize about the gun, outside of the universal stuff like optics/muzzles/gadgets/grips/stocks.

Because everyone only remembers this gun through Call of Duty Ghosts, there's also a 6.5 Grendel ammo that mostly converts the stats to something resembling the Ghosts feel.

Known Issues:

• The charging handle absolutely does not want to exist. If you're paying close attention, you can see it go poof when you aim the gun, and even if you aren't paying close attention, you might notice it randomly go poof if you're headbanging while crouched. Sorry about that. I wish I could culling but I can't.
• I should probably start giving my guns names in languages other than Japanese.
