so basically
yknow in for example cod when you get the jugg suit, or gta v if you play the paleto score in first person
theres this fading black border around the screen to mimic the loss of FOV from wearing a heavy helmet
and every sound effect (gunshots, running, screaming) get a sort of muffled effect (but not quieter) except the music as if its playing inside your helmet
i want that to happen after masking up while wearing the ICTV
maybe also a footstep sound change specifically when wearing the ICTV so you actually feel heavy as hell
idealy you'd be able to turn on or off the aspects of the mod (border, muffling, footsteps) separately if you dont like something, or just wanna turn it off without uninstalling it if you're going from deathwish to death sentence
