kind of just what the title says, both launchers have incendiary ammunition in real life i'm pretty sure. i imagine the ones for rpg would be even better than the commando's (which in turn would be a decent bit better than the 40mm incendiary grenades) since you're sacrificing a lotta boom for area denial. plus the warheads are just damn big. also you cant pick up ammo with these launchers like you can the nade launchers so having it last a good while and coat a decently big area with pretty high damage fire would be balanced in my personal opinion.
i feel like dividing the direct explosion damage by 10 would make sense, cuz the commando's 390 would at least have some effect from the boom without really one-shotting anything on death wish and above, and the rpg's 1250 would at least feel like an explosion while still not one-shotting any specials, which combined with specials like cloakers and dozers being fire-stun immune would kinda hammer home the new "trash-clear" sort of role that these ammo types would bring.
