Thumb over bore / C-Clamp style of gripping for rifles?
Tactical nerd on the scene, is there a mod that applies this style of grip to all rifles with the right handguards?

Nope as far as vanilla weapons go due to the amount of reanimation work required.
This is due to the C Clamp effectively needing new hold and reload animations for every single rifle you want to put it on.
