Hello, I've tried doing it on my own but I had severe failure to say the least. What I am looking for is a custom Perk Deck in Payday 2 that follows the Gear Set Bonuses of the Hunter's Fury Gear Set from The Division 2.
It goes as follows:

Set bonus (2): +15% Shotgun Damage. +15% SMG Damage

Set bonus (3): +20% Armor on Kill & +50% Health on Kill

Set bonus (4): Talent: Apex Predator
Enemies within 15m receive a debuff, amplifying your weapon damage against them by +20%.
Killing a debuffed enemy with your weapon disorients other enemies within 5m, and amplified weapon damage by 5% for 10s, stacking up to 5 times.

Backpack Talent: Overwhelming force
Increases the radius of disorient on Apex Predator kills from 5m to 10m.

Chest Talent: Endless Hunger
Increases the duration of Apex Predator stacks from 10s to 30s.

It is already pretty well structured for the 5 custom Perk Cards in custom Perk Decks. I don't know how hard the Kill-Stacks System to code is... or if it even is possible. Is there anyone interested in doing such a project for the Perk Deck? I think it would be a perfect fit for Payday 2. I'd also be happy to pay for the work (If that is allowed here). If I am wrong here, please tell me alternatives where I could request mods.
