Jacket's Payday 3 Model is just so much better than his Payday 2 one.

His outfit is also Stellar, and I've seen Similar Mods for the Core 4 (Plus Houston). So it would be awesome imo.

If anyone can get Clover's Payday 3 Outfit into Payday 2 as well, I will love you forever.
