SFX on Kill
i need help on how to add a "insane maniac" laugh when getting a kill cause it goes with a custom perk deck i made, i plan to release the perk deck but just be aware. its OP

If you want to add a custom killsound, I recommend using Advanced Crosshairs, Hitmarkers, and Hitsounds (ACH) (https://modworkshop.net/mod/29585).
You'll have to learn how to make custom sounds for it, but its your easiest and best way to easily get custom hitsounds.
