For some reason most of new heists are pretty heavy, the old ones runs pretty fine for me, is there some optimizations possible for it through mods? maybe i need to buy them? for W House for example i got a mod that reduce some big unnecessary quality for trucks. If possible, some good at least for MM, HT, and B Cat, also most of the recommended ones crash my game so yeah, i already tried
