I'm a big fan of Jarey's HD NPC Weapon Model Replacement mod , however, I wished the CAR-4 looked like the ones from the freeze trailer. So here is my rendition of it.

The flashlight gadget was moved to the bottom foregrip rail, don't worry though the flashlight effect was also moved too. Download Streamlined NPC Lights to see that stuff in action.

Works alongside their mod too, so hooray!
