Notes:

• This mod replaces NPC Flashlights on More Heists
• This mod's changes will be disabled when Streamlined Heisting is enabled
• Units detected as having worn flashlights do not also use their weapon flashlight
• Certain weapons (enemy sniper rifles, Cloaker SMGs) do not use flashlights
