Flashlights enabled on:

• Big Oil day 1 (night)
• Watchdogs day 1 (night)
• Watchdogs day 2 (night)
• Firestarter day 1
• Firestarter day 2
• Escape: Park (night)
• Transport: Harbor
• Transport: Underpass
• Diamond Heist

Issues:

• MP9 flashlights point the wrong way normally
• The Particle Massacre fixes MP9 flashlights, but causes all other flashlights to point straight down
