Cops can handcuff you when/after interacting with something :
• Bulldozers are an exception because it would be too much overpowered, also snipers and cloakers cant handcuff players.
• They cant handcuff you on swansong, and the last player not in custody cant be handcuffed.
• You can play on solo, the mod will be turned off if there is no bots.

How does this work? Do the enemies enter the arrest logic followed by "Stop right there"? I wonder how easily you could cheese a mission by abusing this, seeing how when one enemy is attempting an arrest, everybody else will stop attacking you.
