Cops can handcuff you when or after interacting with something. Ofc Bulldozers are an exception because it would be too much overpowered, also snipers, shields, and cloakers cant handcuff players. They cant handcuff you on swansong, and the last player not in custody cant be handcuffed. You can play this mod on solo without bots since you are the last player. cons: it can create a disaster when everyone is reviving everyone and beeing handcuffed and like I said the last player can be handcuffed if everyone is down/handcuffed but not in custody
