YOU NEED TO INSTALL [Skill Tree Background Restoration] (https://modworkshop.net/mod/16391) then drop it into the mods folder for this to work.
Put the Cats Skill Tree Background folder in mod_overrides.

There are 2 "maxwells" one is Uni https://twitter.com/unicouniuni3 (the one you mentioned) and the other one is a cat called Jess https://imgur.com/gallery/cDbQ6 (The one i used for this mod).
