Extract to PAYDAY 2/mods

The skill tree revamp removed the images of the original Payday Gang + Houston posing with their associated skill tree. This is literally the worst change Overkill has ever made.

This script brings the crew back so you can look at pretty pictures while you read skill descriptions.

Any texture mods that replaced skill tree images before will still do so now.

Options in the Lua file (hope you like using Notepad):
• Image transparency.
• Disable new scaling method. This script tries to correct image scaling for non-16:9 aspect ratios. If you prefer (or it causes issues), you can turn it off.
