It is my poor choice of base melee weapon (and how bad made melee system in this game). Aside from Golden Spoon replacement my mod is based on Hotline Miami Fire Axe which is kind of slow (none of the skills are affecting at melee swing speed and it doesn't show in stats, Infiltrator and Sociopath are relaying at melee hit within 1 second and practically being useless with these long time swing melee). I might can change that speed but I don't want to do that cause it will break the animation of it (you can see at golden spoon how animation stops then you use it) and push this poorly made mod on main page of modworkshop lol. I might just suspend this mod tbh haha
