Perk Deck based off the game Severed Steel (very cool game you should check it out). A optional but good mod to go with this is Advanced Movement Standalone. Made with MapleManiacs Custom Perk Deck Maker (Beta!). Goes in mods folder.

Perk 1: Evasive Maneuvers

• +50% Stamina (For whole crew)
• +12% Stamina per Hostage (Max 4) (For whole crew)
• +45% Dodge
• +25% Armor Piercing
• -80% Weapon Swap Time
• +25% Dodge While Wearing Ballistic Vest

Perk 3: Better than Drugs

• +30% Dodge
• +20% Armor Piercing
• Damage heal 4HP/0.3s for 4.2s
• +20% Speed when 50% health
• -50% Health

Perk 5: Armor to Muscle

• +20% dodge on hit until dodge
• Armor to Health
• Bonus Speed starts at 100%HP

Perk 7: Out of sight, Out of mind

• +15% more likely to be targeted
• +20% Lockpick speed
• -15% chance to be targeted when crouched
• +10% Speed when Crouched

Perk 9: Last Resort

• x10 consecutive Melee dmg
• +10% Melee dmg / strike
• Heal 10% with melee
• +10% Health per Melee Kill

I attempted to balance this as much as I can without making it useless. Also this is sandboxed for the most part.
