Ever wanted to see what would happen if you added Stoic's "Armor to Health" ability to Grinder? What if Anarchist gave you Dodge instead of Armor bonuses? What if you could mix Ex-President and Yakuza? Well now, you can!

This mod is actually an HTML file that opens up right in your browser! It let's you pick from a list of all the Perk Deck abilities in Payday 2 to build your own deck, which you can then use in-game!

Please note that due to potential cheating abuse, using these perk decks will only work in offline mode or with other people who have the mod installed (even if they're using a regular perk deck). 
If you think you have a balanced, genius deck that deserves to be uploaded to this site, please sent it to me. I'll check it out, and if it's good we can maybe talk about changing that restriction into a simple Announcer Script so you can upload it to the ModWorkshop. Otherwise, please don't spam-upload a bunch of cheat decks. Doing so will only cause this project harm and the moderators some extra work. Thank you for understanding.

Although this mod is now in Beta, containing all perk decks, the project hasn't reached the end of the road. It may be functional, but expect quality of life improvements, visual upgrades, etc, as well as speedy bug fixes obviously.

Planned Features:

• Allow users to change the perk deck card icons

• Make the mod.txt. loc_EN.lua and skilltree.lua's write themselves instead of making the user copy/paste things.
