This mod is not conflict with hailstorm
This mod add new ammo type call Bullet physic, Buckshot Physic, Dragonbreath Physic and Thermite Physic
When eqiup this ammo type will convert raycast weapon to projectile weapon
Avalible list : Assult rifle , Sniper rifle, Shotgun, SMG , LMG , Mini gun

Sniper rifle can't penetrate shield and wall when equip this ammo type
Equip this ammo type will not alert guard when shoot
Equip this ammo type will make underbarrel grenade broken (can't shoot grenade)

by any chances can you make a standalone version of the weapon tracers

You mean make a standalone weapon that fire tracer round right?
There is already a mod that does that, it's called "Slightly Exxxxxxxxxxagerated Tracers" or something.

or just make tracer rounds without bullet physics
