Adds custom achievements for every weapon in the game, fully compatible with custom weapons and entirely futureproof

Custom weapon support works automatically. If the localisation does not properly appear in the menu, press Mod Options -> Weapon Mastery Achievements -> Reload Localisation.
If you uninstall a custom weapon, the achievement will no longer appear in the menu but you progress will be saved for it still in case you reinstall it.
To easily wipe all progress for everything you may go to PAYDAY 2/mods/saves/CustomAchievements/[your steamID64]/ and delete the folders [category]_achievement_package
However, custom weapon categories may break compatibility, report those to me and I can fix it.
Currently, every weapon has the following achievements:
note that akimbo weapons kills count towards their single-weapon counterpart, report any possible miscounting in the comments

xp and cc rewards are non-cumulative
- Get 100 kills with said weapon
- Rewards 18 CC
- Get 500 kills with said weapon
- Rewards 500k EXP
- Get 2000 kills with said weapon
- Rewards 36 CC
- Get 5000 kills with said weapon
- Rewards 1,500k EXP

How do I view any of this info? I've got VanillaHUD if that matters. Also, I got a CTD after killing SWAT with a molotov.
