This mod does not edit or change existing skills or perks instead it adds new skills and perks and it's compatible with most rebalance mods!

New Skilltrees
Pyromancer
- A skill tree for the flamethrowers, hipfire, doubles the range, magazine size, damage and afterburn duration
- Tier 4 - Thermal Bomb - Killing enemies gives Heat. At 500 Heat the next enemy killed will Detonate and burn enemies within 5m. Reduced the Heat required to detonate by 100. Harder enemies give more Heat. (thanks to Just Rex)
Oppressor
- A skill tree for LMGs and Minigun, damage, ammo and a special tier 4 skill
- Tier 4 - I am Heavy Weapons Guy. You gain a 5% damage boost for every 5 points of detection risk over 35 up to 40%
Demolition Expert
- A skill tree for Grenade and Rocket Launcers
- Tier 4 - Primer Rounds - Every bullet that lands into the enemy flesh EXPLODES with 100% of your base weapon damage, damaging every enemy in a 3m radius
- Requires Akimbo Launchers and Client-side Explosives to work properly
Butcher
- A skill tree for melee weapons for a true ninja experience
- The tier 4 skill is straight out of Overwatch. It allows you to deflect all incoming damage and focus it on a single target

New perkdecks:
The Miami Slasher
- A new version of the sociopath perkdeck with dodge, speed on kill, and 3s of invicibility after each melee or saw kill with a bloody visual effect to show the invulnerability time (thanks to Hisao)
Striker's Battlegear - from The Division 1
- Every consecutive hit deals 1% more damage. Stacks up to 100%. Missing shots drops bonus by 2%. Bonus is reduced by 1% every second. Every hit adds 1 stacks of a self-healing bonus; each stack is worth 0.01% of max health per second. Stacks up to 100 hits. (Stacks are visible in the Health HUD)
Lone Star - from The Division 1
- When holstering a weapon its ammo is instantly refilled. +100% Ammo Capacity | +40% Weapon Swap Speed | +25% rate of fire for all weapons, except Launchers
- You unlock the Berserker When activated your current weapon is instantly reloaded and you gain +30% rate of fire for 5 seconds.
Redacted - NEW!
- You loose 1% Health per second, but gain 4% on kill. 20% DMG reduction and 60% Extra HP.
- Gain 1.5% damage and reload speed per each minute alive up to 100%
New special throwables to spice the gameplay, and buff weak perk decks
Armorer - Armorer's Liquid Armor
- 80s cooldown -1.5s cooldown on kill. When activated, your max armor doubles for 10 seconds.
Yakuza - Yakuza's Injector
- 30s cooldown -1s cooldown on kill. When activated, you gain 50% movement speed and 50% armor regeneration for 8 seconds, and when you use your melee weapon, you will receive self-damage if you miss (can't self damage under 1% health)
Burglar - Burglar's Luck
- 30 Seconds cooldown -1s cooldown on kill When activated, you gain 30% dodge for 8 seconds
Ex-President - Blood Transfusion
- 40s cooldown -1s cooldown on kill. When activated, you gain 150% of your stored health and 100% of your max armor. It cannot overheal
Hitman - Wick Mode
- 50s cooldown -1s cooldown on kill. When activated, you have infinite ammo for 8 seconds and 50% Rate of fire (except for grenade/rocket launchers)
Gambler - Emergency Requisition
- 25s cooldown -1s cooldown on kill. When activated, your ammo pickup range becomes 30 meters and increases your Gambler healing by 50% for 2 seconds
Sociopath - The Mixtape
- 40s cooldown -1s cooldown on kill, -2s cooldown on melee kill. When activated for 4 seconds all the enemies in a 10 meter radius go in panic, and you gain 30% movement speed and 30% damage resistance
Maniac - I'll Have A Whiff
- 40s cooldown -2s cooldown on kill. When activated stops the hysteria decay, you gain 40% interaction speed, 80% swap speed and reload speed for 8 seconds
Crook - Crook's Con
- 2 charges, 35s cooldown -1s cooldown on kill. When activated you repair 40% of your armor and gain 20% dodge for 5 seconds
Biker - Crew Synchrony
- To activate the Crew Synchrony you need to look at another allied unit within a 18 meter radius with clear line of sight and press the throwable key to tag them. Each enemy you or the tagged unit kills will now heal you for 15 health and the tagged unit for 7.5 health. Each enemy you kill will now extend the duration by 1.3 seconds and reduce the cooldown timer by 2 seconds. The effect will last for a duration of 12 seconds and has a cooldown of 50 seconds. Each enemy you or the tagged unit kills will now grant you 2 absorption up to a maximum of 20. This effect will last until the perk deck item goes out of cooldown. * TLDR: It's the gas dispenser from Tag Team
Crew Chief - Buff Banner (From Team Fortress 2)
- 90s cooldown. When activated, provides an offensive buff that causes nearby (10 meters) team members to do 40% more damage, this also applies to you

Skill Throwables
Trip Mines - Requires "More Fire Power" Aced
- 2 Trip mines with 100s cooldown -1s cooldown on kill, -2s cooldown on explosive kill. It places a trip mine with all the upgrades you own from the skill tree. You can't have 'too many' explosives - Mx

L4D2 Adrenaline shot
- 2 shots with 60s cooldown -2s cooldown on kill. When activated instantly recharges 50% of your stamina and, you gain 40% interaction speed, 80% swap speed and reload speed for 10 seconds
Med-X
- 50s cooldown -1s cooldown on kill. When activated, you receive -30% damage for 8 seconds
Auto-inject Super Stimpak
- 210s cooldown -1s cooldown on kill. When downed it can be activated to instantly revive you
Spare Armor Plates
- 2 plates with 90s cooldown -1s cooldown on kill. When activated, you instantly regain armor
Jet - 40s cooldown
- 1s cooldown on kill. When activated instantly recharges 50% of your stamina and, you gain 30% movement speed for 8 seconds

I'm having trouble(crash problem) trying into the heist, but fine in the main menu and the lobby. Also can see the skilltree, perkdecks and throwables from this mod.
btw, I using WolfHUD + PocoHUD. Using "Simplified Chinese" language. Wolf's custom HUD is Enable, and disable the most of Poco's functions that conflict with wolf's.
SuperBLT and BeardLib version are the latest.(current date: Aug.13)
After delete the "WeaponLib" mod, the crash problem are gone, but I wanna preserve the original(before add this mod) as much as possible with your mod.

first issue is useing IZHIMA shotgun and the new event gun could throw cash on cops one. Using Striker's Battlegear preak. None of any your custom skill are used.
but now will crash whever my loadout is. until I delete the weaponLib. either playing solo or mutiplayer.
@长岛冰ട Then I assume it's a WeaponLib issue then. I did check my striker shotgun code and it's not to source of the issue, from what I see here

after I update the WeaponLib and your mod (current date : Aug.14 (UTF+8)), the crash issue seems gone.
could you have some ways to support some customHUD like WolfHUD's buff display? also Striker's prek show in HUD work fine but when the Wolf's stamina circle is activated, there are some reading difficulties.
btw, I looking for this Striker's prek to Change the awkward performance of AR at higher difficulty and higher risk of detection. but it's only for shotguns, and not in accordance with the vanilla PAYDAY2 operation. This makes me a little disappointed.
@长岛冰ട Okay so, you updated WeaponLib and the crash is gone, good.
Custom HUD in some cases do not support the basic perkdecks UI elements, as an example the striker stacks UI is the same as the stacks from the Maniac perkdeck. So I can't do anything about it.
Also the striker perkdeck works very well with ARs since it boots the accuracy and stability by a lot, wich is something you usally dont want with shotguns in PD2 since the less accurate a shotgun is the better it is.
You should try the Bootleg AR with the striker perkdecks, it does work very well with it.
