"When does John Wick ever even use dual pistols in the movies anyway?"
That's what I kept thinking when I first started using the Hitman Perk Deck, so I made this instead!

Description:
This is my first time creating a mod for PAYDAY 2 but before you go, (lol) I DO understand that this custom perk deck needs to be balanced, and I've done a pretty good job (or I'd like to think I have) of bringing John Wick's "Gun Fu" combat into PAYDAY 2 while also preventing it from becoming too overpowered.
This is an alternative to the Hitman Perk Deck, but more accurate to the 3 John Wick films. (so basically nothing like the Hitman deck in PAYDAY 2 gameplay, but based on John Wick's combat style in the films)
This Perk Deck adds a special ability that can only be used while wearing the Two-piece Suit: Damaging an enemy restores 30 armor. This effect can only occur once every 1.5 seconds. (John Wick wears his bulletproof suit in the movies, so this is to encourage the use of the suit, but you aren't forced to use it. You just won't get this ability if you use armor.)
I emphasized the use of both melee and close quarters gunfights (I "borrowed" from the Infiltrator deck a lot). I also applied the Anarchist's -50% health and +100 armor to balance out the benefits of Wick's armored suit.
I have tested it a couple of times myself, but I'd like to have some feedback so I know if I need to change anything, so let me know if you have any concerns with balancing.
