I know it's not entirely fair from your perspective, given how those get to exist and this doesn't really, but they both kind of got grandfathered in - they're both from 2016, back when Article 13 was not a thing we had to worry about and back when the RIAA could admit that an artist loses a lot of control over their music when they put it in a movie. This is 2019, however, and since a HUGE chunk of our users come from the EU (IIRC we even have a server or two in Europe) we can't ignore Article 13; In addition the RIAA has somehow got even worse with time and is now trying to control the spread of music on the internet in a manner so aggressive that it genuinely makes me wonder if the record industry has any idea what the Streisand Effect even is.

tl;dr As someone who has made plenty of SuperBLT tracks out of songs he enjoys and has not been able to upload many of them due to how the times have changed, I hate this as much as you do and think it's fucking stupid, but I can't allow this track here as long as Think is the stealth loop. My best advice would be to either download a free digital audio workstation such as Audacity or Reaper, use it to make a version of Shots Fired that sounds like it's playing in the background, and have that be the stealth loop, or you can just do what Marjin221 did and say "Hey, I made this, but because it uses copyrighted music I can't post it here so you have to DM me and ask for it." Sucks, I know, sorry.
