Adds in Neopup PAW-20 as Primary Special

The Neopup PAW-20 (Personal Assault Weapon, 20 mm) is a grenade launcher designed mainly as an anti-personnel grenade launcher for use against opposition closely grouped together or behind light cover. The PAW-20 is in direct competition with the more complicated and expensive joint American-German XM25 CDTE nicknamed Arbiter.
The weapon uses the recoil to operate, instead of more traditional gas operated systems and is an interesting example of an inertial operated weapon.
The whole gun block/receiver recoils back into the stock casing and operator shoulder when being fired, and this motion is also what cycles the weapon to load the next round.
Features a barrel and barrel extension option, and extended box magazine.
Included as well is 2 ammunition change.
A solid-slug round, and another is AP-capable explosive round.

- The 20mm round on the mag doesnt appear when doing reload anim, even though the model have them.Farily certain this is a limitation from Old G3 Animation mod.


A balance note.
Considering that most grenade launchers do 1300 at best, and the XM25 does 480, I think personally it's a bit OP to give the gun 6200 explosive damage with the HE round. I understand that it would be underwhelming to have a 20mm slug do less damage than a 7.62 out of the sniper rifles though. It's pretty hard to balance.
