I'll try to remove my mods if the crash persist but I'm just curious as to what the crash log means

Cannot read from file "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\all_18.bundle" => error code 998: Invalid access to memory location.

The file all_18.bundle is corrupt, malformed, or otherwise broken. So, when the game tried to read a chunk of data from a specific location it failed.

Should be possible to fix this by verifying the game installation through Steam (Properties -> Installed Files -> Verify integrity of game files). IDK if this can destroy installed mods, but to be safe I moved SuperBLT (WSOCK32.dll or IPHLPAPI.dll) along with the modsandassets/mod_overridesfolders out of the game folder and put them back afterwards. Some mods were broken afterwards, but that could be because I've got 100+ installed and have made my own small tweaks to some (mostly fixes tomod.txt` so BLT doesn't whine that they need updated, very little changes to the code of the mods).
