I want to make a very stupid mod of my own, inspired by an old mod that does the same in Fallout 4, where it changes all the loading screen trivia with sarcastic/comedic flair. I wanna do something like that, with my own awful sense of humor and thoughts.

However, my main issue is not knowing where to start. I've only made mods that is just a literal OGG file that needs a different mod to work. I need a good point in the right direction at least. Is there a mod or an asset file that helps me get this idea off the ground? Thanks
