hello first time writing a forum

as written on the title i'm trying to make a stoic sfx mod (based off of the stoic sfx mod by dr_newbie)

i replaced the original sound with my own sound (mahoraga's wheel adapting sfx) using RAD video tool to convert my sound file into a .bik file then renaming it to a .movie file and for some reason it just doesn't play???
