Hello! Is it possible for someone to make a mod that works in multiplayer which reverts the Leech perk deck before the u217 nerf?

• When taking more than 200 damage with the Leech Perk deck the player will lose 2 chunks of health. -> (remove)
• Killing 2 enemies will restore one segment of your health and block damage for 1 second. -> 2 kills instead of 1 (revert)
