Stealth-only tracks are silent
I have a few stealth-only tracks downloaded, and I'm pretty sure I did the process correctly, but they end up being silent.
I download the stealth track and I take the folder inside the zip and put it in the mods folder.
Am I doing something wrong?

You need to put the custom stealth track folders into mod_overrides. But even if you do this, custom stealth tracks are just broken.
To get them to play, what you need to do is, while in the mission briefing, select the soundtrack option to a vanilla track. Then while still in the Soundtrack tab, switch to the custom track, then press the Ready button without switching to any other tabs. It sounds strange, but that's typically how I always got them to play.
While you're in a pub, the steps change a bit. Do the same thing as I mentioned, but make sure you are the last player to press the Ready button, or the music won't play.
Unfortunately, while in a pub, the first phase of the custom music won't work, ever. Every other phase will, though.
