using superblt/beardlib, everything installed correctly, mods too.
sometimes when im leaving heists, like the own safe house for example - game just stucks in endless loading.
weird thing is that if i press esc it shows me cursor, like i can press something but there is no buttons, only loading logo.
pressing esc again hides cursor back. i can repeat it whenever i like, weird.
its not like freeze or something, game is just not doing anything untill i alt+f4 out of there.
known fixes exist? so far i know that there is still no fix, but maybe there is somewhere...
my guess so far is the music mods.
its like make no freakin sense but music mods DO break the game.
try to delete those that adding music to your game, it maybe fix it. kinda helped me in my case (somehow lol, wtf)
i have this issue while joining the heists but not while leaving the heists but try this solution and i hope it work
- Exit Steam from the taskbar or in Steam
- open up Steam again
- run Payday 2
and join a Heist, finish it, and see if it work.
- Note the issue will come back sometimes so you must do it again (cuz BeardLib sometimes didn't load all the mods)
things like this are never solutions, buddy, its just stupid.
what else you want to suggest? restart my pc? reinstall my drivers? oh yes verify my game cache, thats one is favorite as "solution" that will totally work and fix everything.
you do understand that relaunch steam are will NOT do anything with this piece of garbage game, right? its almost like "dude just blink 20 times and you're good to go"

@malaket, well, for me "Clear Texture Cache" mod works so far, you know, something more useful than restarting something with a hope that actually make no sense.
Still not sure that it works though, but so far never got endless loading after that.
That happened a lot to me, and it was reinstalling the game at least it fixes it but i dont know any other way to solve it
