📢 ModWorkshop x Sidetrack Games

Hey everyone, Milk here. You might remember me as the one who manages ModWorkshop from behind the scenes.

I've got some good News for all of you.

Me and Luffy decided to join ModWorkshop with Sidetrack Games (the guys who made RAID: WW2 updates and maintain PAYDAY 2)

Going forward that means there wont be any more ads. Nobody liked those anyways.
It also means we will have some more resources to run ModWorkshop, so it'll be a bit faster.

As for how ModWorkshop works and operates, that does not change.
The community continues to be in charge and makes the decisions that matter.

This generally means the burden of everything isn't just on me alone anymore.
And it also means that there is a better future ahead for ModWorkshop.
Running certain things alone has not always been easy.

So to a better future and lots of cool new mods.

Following a user lets you see their private and unlisted mods

See title. Follow a user, then swap to the "Followed" tab and you'll be able to see every single mod they've uploaded, even if they're not public.

Gotta be a bit careful with this one. If you'd follow a game or mod then you should be able to see it, but if you follow a user then you shouldn't be able to.
Private profile in the end don't fully hide the mods of the user so I don't see much logic in hiding it entirely. Although an option could work in the future if people are interested (granted moderators will always see your mods)

I usually set up custom weapon pages as unlisted so the collaborators can have a space to work on the mod but without releasing the mod to the public until it's ready. However, people who follow me and aren't invited as a collaborator can bizarrely access mods despite me purposely private-ing/unlisting those mods to indicate they're a work in progress.

I am also sure this would be annoying for others who wish to private or unlist their mod for other reasons, such as Pawcio purposely setting some weapons to unlisted to indicate they are discontinued.

@rjc9000 As far as I am aware private mods cannot be accessed, if it shown on the list that's a bug. Unlisted can be accessed, but not shown on list.
