Site Update 3.5.2

A small update fixing few bugs and updating the site's libraries to their latest version.
- Fixed "Mention user modal still appears when "@" is removed"
- Fixed "Can't add files to mods during the 'upload mod' stage"
- Fixed "Editing a post in this forum gives a 401 error"
- Fixed "Hide 'images' tab when mod has no visible images"
- Added pagination on the bottom of the screen for comments (https://modworkshop.net/thread/11972)

Hi so what does a contributer to a mod allowed to do?
Not the place to ask that, but contributors are people who helped contributed to the mod. They don't have any permissions.
Collaborators in contrast are people you collaborate with aka work together. They have edit permissions, but not delete permissions.
Maintainers have the same perms as owners.
