A small update fixing few bugs and updating the site's libraries to their latest version.

• Fixed "Mention user modal still appears when "@" is removed"
• Fixed "Can't add files to mods during the 'upload mod' stage"
• Fixed "Editing a post in this forum gives a 401 error"
• Fixed "Hide 'images' tab when mod has no visible images"
