At one time, there was a very popular and useful mod that removes the delay of "scream" or "Interact" on the key. So you could quickly mark a camera or a guard in 1-2 seconds, or you were 100 percent likely to take an enemy hostage. Now I've lost this mod, I'd be grateful if they could help me find it or recreate it. As far as I know, the mod was very simple: you need to change the delay in using F when pointing at an enemy or "Interact".
