I found the solution(Thanks to seraj1324) FOR ANYONE EXPERIENCING CHAT OPENING CRASH ISSUES: The issue is in the HUDChat Mod in the worlfhud mod itself, go to the wolfhud mod folder then to lua, and there replace the "HUDChat.lua" with the latest file from https://modworkshop.net/mod/32297?tab=description and that should fix it.
If u want to use the WolfHud, use VanillaHud instead cuz its his succesor and have an option to use the classic and its compatible for the most of huds in the Workshop
Do you use mods that may affect chat? If so, try removing them and restart the game
I checked the mods that can possibly affect chat: HQ Inventory Fonts, Wolf-hud
