I am looking for info on how i would be capable of changing the Menu's "Idle Animation" (as i call it) (because it plays when your not doing anything on the menu)

if anyone would happen to know how to change it, it would be greatly appreciated if you would share that info on the subject (the subject being how to change the animation that plays when the player is inactive on the menu for a minute or so)
