HOW TO GET SYSTEM SHOCK and HUMAN TORCH achievement
I can't unlock the "system shock" and "human torch" achievements.
Enemies do not get electrocuted, not even the AI!
But the player does!
Likewise, Gabriel does not become a fireball!
Is this a bug?

For system shock I have no clue as I do not own the hostile takeover heist, but I do own crude awakening. and human torch is so goddamn simple, you just gotta kill Gabriel Santiago using only 3 oil pits. So lure him into one of the pits shoot the oil and while he is on fire shoot him to deal damage and do this using 3 oil pits MAXIMUM you can not go beyond 3 oil pits. also you gotta do it on OVERKILL. and if you still do not get how to get this achievement.

They don't electrocute or burn the enemy.
Is this a bug?
I've entered other people's servers in multiplayer and the same situation happened!
