This mod adds G36K as standalone assault rifle. Unlock Level: 36
Weapon can be used by bots (Henchmen Update).
Attachments allows to customize G36K into G36, G36C, G36KV or MG36.
Optional fednet icon addon can be downloaded from this link.

BeardLib is required.


Extract archive content to "mod_overrides".
Custom weapons will appear as M733/AMCAR or Glock 17/Chimano 88 (depending on weapon slot) for other players.

Recommended mods to use with custom weapons:
Custom attachments for custom weapons - Adds data of custom attachments to this weapon.
Update All Mods - Makes mod updating process less annoying especially if there was multiple custom weapon/etc updates same day.

Huh. That's pretty cool and the model doesn't look too shabby either. I've seen a mod for the Bernetti that reskins it as a gun from FO:NV, so I bet it's possible. Only question is what animation set it would use. I think the G36 anim set would be a fair fit, don't you?

There's a Type 64 model on the New Vegas Nexus, actually. It's probably in  a .nif format, don't know how many people can use that.

There's only one game that I found with the Howa Type 64 in it, and it's pretty old, and the Type 64 in it was only available to players in Japan. I also wasn't able to find any 3D models of it online.
