Extract into your mod_overrides folder.

Current Issues:
You will crash if you join a game in progress if a medic bag is deployed. Still trying to work out a fix.

I've looked into it but I have yet to find a working fix for the issue, even with sequence_manager edits.
In the meantime, I'll add a warning not to join games in progress with it installed.
